In order to sample food products at all you MUST fill out a a food permit.
Some samples may be cooked at the booth. Approved cooking equipment includes:
• Panini Grills
• Induction Cookers
• Butane Stoves
• Toaster Ovens
• Sauté Pans (no oils or fats)
• Sterno Warmers (must be properly enclosed and protected)
Open flames, fryers and propane equipment are strictly prohibited.

Kitchen access is available for an additional fee. Vendors may request cooking assistance from Mohegan Sun’s chef, including runners to deliver samples to your booth. A kitchen request form and a health department permit must be completed in advance of the show.

Vendors may bring their own samples, which is preferred, or request that Napoli deliver product on the sample truck Sunday afternoon.
If you would like Napoli to supply your samples, they must be ordered through the Food Show website using the Sample Order Form:

Cold and frozen samples will remain on the Napoli truck until retrieved by a representative from your company. Dry samples will be delivered directly to your booth once the truck arrives.

Sunday, August 30 | 12 PM to 5 PM during vendor load-in
Monday, August 31 | starting at 6:30 AM
Samples being prepared by Mohegan’s culinary staff will be delivered directly to the kitchen team.

Vendors who bring their own product may store items on the Napoli truck. All samples must be clearly labeled with company name and booth number. Vendors are responsible for their own product. Napoli Foods is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
